Subies of the Corn began their charitable work in 2018, raising and donating $2,000 during the year. Tying in the Subaru Love Promise®, we were able to assist Wreaths Across America, Alliance for the Great Lakes, and M&M Acres.

2018 Subies of the Corn M&M Acres Check Distribution Cruise

Subies of the Corn organized a cruise to deliver the proceeds of the Scavenger Hunt to M&M Acres and give our members a first hand look at the operations of a farm animal rescue.
An additional $200 was collected, bringing the total donated to M&M acres to $800, which will provide insurance coverage for the facility for 6 months.

Subies of the Corn hosted the 2018 Scavenger Hunt, raising $1,800. The funds ($600/ea) was distributed to Wreath Across America, Alliance for the Great Lakes, and M&M Acres, supporting Subaru Loves to Help®, Subaru Loves the Earth®, and Subaru Loves Pets®, respectively.
The event took participants on a 100+ mile cruise, visiting historic locations along Route 66. The final location was River Hawk Brewing, who brewed “Seven Sisters”, a chocolate cherry stout special for the event.
