Since 2019, Subies of the Corn has partnered with Hawk Subaru Plainfield host the annual Fill-a-Forester Event, collecting toys for Toys for Tots. The two-day event features a toy collection on Saturday and a cruise to deliver the toys to Toys for Tots on Sunday.

In the four years of the event, Subies of the Corn has collected and delivered over 3,200 toys for Toys for Tots. In 2022, pet adoptions were added to the event and 2 dogs and 2 cats found their fur-ever homes. (5 additional cat adoption applications were also accepted).

After the Fill-a-Forester toy drive, the toys are secured overnight for the toy delivery cruise on Sunday. The cruise takes participants on a scenic ride through our area, before we deliver the toys to the Marines.
