I hereby grant Subies of the Corn NFP the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use any photograph, video or audio that either of them or their agent has taken or may take of me on in which I may be included with others. Such use shall include the right and authorization to reuse, edit, alter, exhibit, publish and/or distribute any such photo, video or audio in any publication or media, including website entries, as well as the use of my name in any copy accompanying a photograph or video.

In addition, I waive (a) the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears, and (b) any right to royalties or any other compensation for the use of a photograph, video, audio or any copy (including my name) related thereto.
