Subies of the Corn

Subaru Community Focusing on Charitable Events

Since 2017, Subies of the Corn has been focused on providing fun and safe events for Subie fans in the Chicago Southland. Events include monthly Suds-n-Subies, an annual Scavenger Hunt, Trunk-or-Treat, and a Fill-a-Forester Event. Events are centered around the Subaru Love Promise®.

Subies of the Corn has raised and donated more than $12,000 for both local and national charities, along with collecting over 4,500 toys for the Toys for Tots. Through our partnership with Hawk Subaru, SOTC and our members have donated over 1,100 pairs of socks, 250 toiletry kits, 75 drawstring bags, 50 towels, and 50 washcloths, all aimed at providing essential support to those in need.

SOTC has also collected/recycled 4,942 plastic grocery bags through, keeping over 75 pounds of plastic from our landfills.

As part of Subaru Loves the Earth, Subies of the Corn partnered with @hawksubarujoliet on Saturday, April 20, 2024 for the 2nd Annual Stuff-a-Solterra Earth Day Awareness event! Become a Member of @subiesofthecorn and help us provide charitable outreach corresponding with the Subaru Love Promise®. SOTC’s focus is to provide fun and safe charitable events for Subaru Enthusiasts in the Chicago Southland area to the benefit of others. On February 7th, @subiesofthecorn had the privilege of partnering with @hawksubarujoliet , the Will County Center for Community Concerns, and @operationwarm_coatsforkids to provide 480 winter coats and 494 pairs of socks to children in need.
